Stretch the polyethylene across the PVC and then staple the plastic to the end pieces you made from the treated 2 x 4's. This type of greenhouse can be temporary and portable. It can be used as a trial for greenhouse growing to find out if using a greenhouse is what you really want to do. It is functional as well as workable. There is no need to have a floor installed, or really any water as long as a water hose is close by, or at least a water spigot is on hand for watering your plants and flowers.
